John P. Baumann, Jr.

It is with great sadness that we at Baumann, Raymondo & Company, PA inform you of the passing of our founding partner, John P. Baumann, Jr.  John founded Baumann, Raymondo & Company PA in 1978 and through-out his career was very involved in the community, both business and social.

During his career John was formerly appointed by the Governor of Florida to the State Board of Accountancy and in 1986, John formed CABA (Carrollwood Area Business Association) to give Carrollwood businesses networking opportunities. Since its inception in 1986, CABA has been beneficial to over 330 members that have all been touched by John’s vision. John was also involved with the Interbay Sertoma Club, Downtown Tampa Rotary, Chairman of Gulfshore Bank, Krewe of Neptune,  USF Accounting Advisory Board, Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council, Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, South Tampa Chamber of Commerce,  and more. John was an avid boater and extremely devoted to his family.

The staff at Baumann, Raymondo & Company PA wishes to thank everyone for their support during this difficult time. We will continue to honor John’s strong work ethic and dedication to client service.
